PhenoTrade is a directory and reputation platform for cannabis genetics collectors and breeders. By using it you agree to these terms.

You must be 21 or older (or of legal age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher).

PhenoTrade is not a party to any transaction. All exchanges of goods or payment happen off-platform, between users, at their own risk and responsibility. PhenoTrade provides no escrow, no payment processing, no shipping, and no guarantee of any exchange. You are solely responsible for determining the legality of any exchange in your jurisdiction before making it.

Reputation integrity. Reviews may only follow mutually confirmed deals. Fabricating deals, coordinating fake reviews, operating multiple accounts to inflate reputation, or retaliating through the report system are grounds for permanent removal.

Moderation. We may remove listings, reviews, or accounts that violate the listing policy or these terms. Moderation actions are logged.

The platform is provided as-is, without warranty. These terms are a working draft for the pre-launch product and will be reviewed by counsel before public launch.
